C28 Business Alliance
Formed in April of 2024, the Cactus 28th Drive Business Alliance was established by like minded business leaders who saw a need in the community and responded by taking action towards building unity and establishing safety. Realizing no single organization could bring about the change required, a collaborative community effort was forged.

Our Mission & Vision
Our mission is to lead the charge in establishing safety, economic growth, and unity along Cactus Road and 28th Drive. As the front line of our community, we aim to set a clear direction for our residents and foster radical collaboration and resilience among local businesses. Together, we strive to build a secure, prosperous, and prideful community for future generations. We will accomplish this through the following:
Secure the 28th Drive corridor through an alliance funded Shared Security plan
Unite the community through shared events that transform the community
Raise awareness of the initiatives within the area to ensure community support
Partner with neighboring communities through the Collaborative Community movement

OuR 2024 Community Security Program
Our 2024 program will begin with a 10 hr / 7 Day Shared Private Security service through Omega Protective Services. This initiative is focused on collaborating our efforts and resources to provide additional safety resources and support, while deterring drug related crime from the community.

Community Connection
Rise up Community!
You won’t want to miss this Community Connection event happening at Sahuaro Elementary School on May 29th. The C28 Business Alliance is hosting a town hall meeting for everyone in the surrounding neighborhoods of Cactus and 28th drive.
Last year at this time we launched our first Community Action Plan initiative and now we are excited to share with you our progress from the past 10 months, as well as our plans for the rest of this year. We have already seen a huge improvement in the area and now we’re ready for the next phase. So join us as we discuss the safety improvement plan and continued private security initiatives for our neighborhoods, address how secured grant funding will be directed, and learn about the upcoming events and initiatives, including how you may be able to help with the Sahuaro Block Watch.
