One of the longest running initiatives in our community is the Lake Biltmore Block Watch. A faithful and passionate group of residents who demonstrated the resilience of our community by rising up to make a difference. Led by Ruth Garcia-Fellenz, the LBBW oversee's the area of 28th Drive and Cactus, south to Peoria.
