Shared Security Pilot Program
The C28 Business Alliance is excited to announce the launch of our Alliance Shared Security Pilot Program, a vital step towards enhancing safety and unity within our community along 28th Drive and Cactus Road. This initiative reflects our commitment to creating a secure environment where businesses and residents can thrive together.
Program Overview: Starting in September 1st, this 3-month pilot program will provide 10 hours of dedicated security coverage daily, 7 days a week, through the services of Omega Protective Services. This effort is managed in collaboration with the 19North Community Alliance, leveraging their experience with similar successful initiatives. Our goal is to reduce crime, improve response times, and foster a resilient commercial district that benefits everyone involved.

All participants in the program will have access to Omega Dispatch to report any trespassing concerns when they are on duty, but in addition, here is a list of numbers anyone can call for the following concerns:

By participating in the program, businesses gain direct access to private security dispatch, ensuring immediate support when enforcing no-trespassing orders. Additionally, your tax-deductible contributions will maximize the value of your investment in community safety. This unified approach is not just about protection—it’s about building a stronger, more connected community.
- Participate in the Program:
- Complete the “Authorization to Arrest” form with Phoenix Police Department.
- Complete the “Permission to Patrol” form with Omega Protective Services.
- Become a Community Sponsor:
- Determine your sponsorship level.
- Complete the “Commitment Form” with 19North.
