Overview

As part of The Community Action Plan (CAP), C28’s hosted a Community And Family Engagement (CAFE) at Sahuaro Elementary School in May of 2025. The goal was to expand the effort of community transformation by activating the neighborhood. Although C28's mission lies within the commercial corridor, our vision is for a vibrant community which includes our neighbors. This became the origins of our Neighborhood Association / Block Watch.

We're just getting started but we are looking for volunteers and leaders to help us make this a successful collaboration. If that's you, please sign up below
